Terms & Conditions – My Foto Booth

1. Booking Confirmation

To secure your booking, a $100 non-refundable deposit is required. Once the deposit is received, you will receive a booking confirmation via email. By making this payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions outlined below.

2. Payment Policy

  • A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
  • The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days before the event. Failure to make this payment on time will result in forfeiture of the deposit, and My Foto Booth reserves the right to book another event in its place.
  • Banking details for payment will be provided on your invoice.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • If a booking is canceled, the amount paid will be adjusted towards a future event.
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be confirmed with My Foto Booth at least 14 days prior to the event date.

4. Delivery & Setup

  • Delivery is free within a 40KM radius from Bayswater or Cranbourne. Additional charges may apply for locations beyond this limit.
  • Setup and pack-up are free of charge and will be completed outside of the rental period to ensure your booth time is not affected.
  • Our team will arrive 1 to 1.5 hours before the event for setup, which typically takes 45-60 minutes.
  • A power outlet must be available within 5 meters of the setup location.

5. Safety Precautions & Booth Rules

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, the following rules apply:

  • No food, drinks, or cigarettes are allowed on the prop table.
  • Props must remain within the booth area and should not be taken away from the setup.
  • All props are provided in good condition and are inspected for safety. However, some props may have sharp edges or corners due to their design.
  • Adult supervision is required for children using the booth.
  • My Foto Booth is not liable for any injuries, damages, or accidents resulting from improper handling or misuse of the props.

6. Damage to Equipment

  • The client is responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of My Foto Booth equipment during the event.
  • If damage occurs due to negligence, misuse, or guest behavior, the client must cover the full repair or replacement cost.
  • The client is also responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our attendant throughout the event.

7. Use of Images & Media Consent

By booking My Foto Booth, you grant permission for photos taken during the event to be used for:

  • Our website, social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.), and promotional materials.
  • If you prefer to keep your images private, please notify us in writing before the event.
